About This Job

Vivendo Group is seeking a hands-on, organised, and results-driven Site Supervisor to oversee on-site operations and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Reporting to the Projects Operations Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating daily site activities, managing installation teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibility includes site coordination, installer team management and quality control.

The Role

A practical, site-based role focused on driving day-to-day operational performance across active projects. You will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing teams of installers, monitoring progress, and ensuring works are completed in line with plans, timelines, and company standards.

You will operate with a structured and proactive approach; ensuring effective coordination of resources, team productivity, and timely issue resolution.

A reliable and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You are confident leading site teams, coordinating site operations, and ensuring work is executed efficiently and to a high standard.

You take ownership of your site, maintain discipline and accountability within your team, and ensure consistent delivery against project expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities

  • Enforce health and safety regulations at all times
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements

  • Previous experience in site supervision or a similar role
  • Experience managing on-site teams
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
  • Proactive, responsible, and hands-on approach
  • Valid driving licence
