&lt;li&gt;Have previous sales experience, preferably in the furniture industry and willing to learn&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basic computers skills excel, word, internet emails&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be fluent in Greek and English preference will be given to candidates who are also fluent in Russian&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be flexible to work retail hours including weekends, minimum 20 hours per week&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be flexible and willing to increase working hours during busy months&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As Facilities Manager at &lt;strong&gt;Vivendo&lt;/strong&gt;, you will be responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and development of the company’s physical locations. The role includes overseeing store renovations, supporting new outlet openings locally and overseas, and ensuring that all facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You will work closely with internal teams and manage and coordinate contractors, renovation projects, and service providers. The role requires &lt;strong&gt;regular site visits and coordination with contractors across multiple locations.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage facility maintenance across all locations, ensuring high operational standards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate store renovations and support the opening of new outlets locally and overseas.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee preventative maintenance programmes for building systems and equipment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and oversee the execution of the company H&amp;amp;S policy.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage external contractors and service providers including maintenance, security, and cleaning services.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor facilities budgets and support procurement of assets and services.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Implement initiatives to improve space utilisation and operational efficiency.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Promote environmental sustainability practices across company facilities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Role Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A valid driving licence is required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven experience in facilities management;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong understanding of building systems, and maintenance planning;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience coordinating renovations or facilities project.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Stong organisational and project management skills;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Effective communication and interpersonal skills;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in Microsoft Office;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in both Maltese and English required. Proficiency in Italian or Greek is a plus.&lt;/li&gt;
